MBTI® team assessments

The MBTI® team assessment helps your team strengthen collaboration and communication by building a shared understanding of individual differences. Participants gain insights into how they and others prefer to think, decide, and interact,  leading to more effective teamwork and fewer misunderstandings.

We explore how to improve communication, manage conflict, adapt to change, and make balanced decisions. Along the way, participants develop greater self-awareness, empathy, and leadership agility, while ensuring that individual strengths align with team goals.

The outcome is a team that works better together, with stronger trust, clearer communication, and a higher level of psychological safety.

Consultancy

Strategically, I advise organizations on how to structure their work most effectively, whether through agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, or via traditional waterfall approaches tailored to project needs.

I also step in to implement initiatives directly, leveraging extensive experience as a Transformation lead, Organizational Change Management (OCM) specialist, Scrum Master, and Project Manager.

I combine a strong ability to build genuine relationships with a rapid understanding of complex organizational environments, ensuring that strategies are not only well-designed but also effectively embraced and executed. My approach balances people-focused insight with structured delivery, helping teams navigate change, improve collaboration, and achieve tangible results.
